Accommodation is provided by 19 standard rooms, 3 standard en-suite and 4 large en-suite rooms that are suitable for dual occupancy. There are two lifts access to all floors.

There are two sitting rooms, a large heated conservatory overlooking the beautiful large garden and access to a balcony that overlooks the pond. There is also a large patio from which a gentle slope leads to the level garden. These areas provide ample seating for residents and their guests.

Superfast fibre Wi-Fi has been installed in every room, enabling residents to enjoy private video calls with loved ones and stream Netflix from the comfort of their rooms.

The full time Activity coordinator ensures that each resident's wishes are being met, that feedback is sought, and that entertainment is provided according to the individual's interests.

All food is home-cooked and dietary requirements can be accommodated. Meals are generally taken in the dining room but can be taken in residents' rooms.

A professional hairdresser visits twice weekly and a qualified chiropodist visits weekly. Newspaper delivery can be arranged with a local newsagent.

The Grange is a perfect home away from home, offering a caring, safe and happy environment. From the first time we visited to the present day, I could not ask for anymore. All the staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming and always go that extra mile. Leaving Mum there for the first time I knew that
she was in the right place and months on still do.

My mother has been a resident at The Grange for almost a year, and is very happy and content. My sister and I had to make a hard decision to move Mum from her bungalow and entrust her to the safe care of others! We need not have worried - the best decision we could have made. The staff are very professional,
but most of all they are experienced and have the residents' wellbeing as their first priority. The Grange is excellent and has my full seal of approval.

It has been nearly two years since my mother moved from her home to The Grange and since I last left a review. Now with new owners, none of my thoughts have changed. They have brought with them new ideas, including asking the residents what they want from their home. What a lovely idea to include them
in choosing the new decoration of their home. With more activities to do most days and still the wonderful home cooked food that you can also enjoy with them if you wish. My mum is very happy living here and would like to thank everyone who cares for her and I second that. Thank you all very much.

The Grange having recently changed hands I really have to report on how pleased we still are with Mum's care.
Obviously, there have been some minor hiccups, most people don’t like change, especially older folk. However, we’re still so pleased. Some very positive changes are taking place, all with

My mother arrived at The Grange from a time in hospital. A time which she found very confusing having been moved from ward to ward and finally to a different hospital. She was therefore confused and undoubtedly a little afraid when she arrived at The Grange. But after a few weeks, thanks to the kindness
and care received from the staff who always go above and beyond, she began to settle in. She asked that she should stay at The Grange and resisted any move elsewhere. She tells me the food is excellent and “just how she likes it”. She has certainly been eating better since her arrival. Knowing that she is well cared for in so many ways, is a great comfort and reassurance to her family.

I have been in The Grange for nearly three years. As a resident, I am able to spend the day as I choose. The garden and conservatory are lovely. The home is spotlessly clean. The food is all home-cooked and very good. The. carers are lovely, attend to our daily needs and often go that extra mile to
help. Prescribed medication is provided by trained carers. Visitors can just pop in at any time - nothing to hide! If you are unable to live in your own home, this is the place to be.

My dad has been a resident at The Grange for just over two years after deciding he no longer wished to live on his own. Within a couple of weeks, he had settled in well thanks to the efforts of the friendly and caring staff. He continues to be very happy there and we have seen an improvement in his
overall health and wellbeing compared to when he was living alone, benefiting from the routine and the excellent medication management provided.
Dad speaks highly of the staff, with whom he is able to enjoy a joke or two and is always complimentary about the food.
When we have had dad out for a few hours I'm happy to be able to drop him back at The Grange, his home, knowing he will be safe and well.

The home is set in a lovely location, and all staff are always friendly and welcoming. My father always tells me he feels very happy and content. Private off-road parking and the residents do feel very secure. A perfect place, and it's nice to know he is safe.

My mum became a resident in March of this year and they have all made her feel very welcome. The staff are extremely kind, professional, and caring. The home itself is spotlessly clean and welcoming. They have tried to accommodate all of Mum's needs including putting up shelves in her room to give her
room to have more of her photos from her home around her. The home itself is well laid out and has spacious communal areas. The garden is beautiful and the surrounding area is quiet. As a family we are really pleased with the quality of care it gives and find the team are very responsive should we have any observations or concerns.

My grandmother has spent the last four years as a resident of The Grange, and I can only speak highly of the experience we have received.
This time has included the whole Covid journey and the words caring, professional and responsive sum up our experience to date.
There is a genuine caring environment
in the home, which is executed in a professional manner, and whenever there have been any health changes, we have been informed immediately and given lots of follow-up information.
