Accommodation is provided by 19 standard rooms, 3 standard en-suite and 4 large en-suite rooms that are suitable for dual occupancy. There are two lifts access to all floors.

There are two sitting rooms, a large heated conservatory overlooking the beautiful large garden and access to a balcony that overlooks the pond. There is also a large patio from which a gentle slope leads to the level garden. These areas provide ample seating for residents and their guests.

Superfast fibre Wi-Fi has been installed in every room, enabling residents to enjoy private video calls with loved ones and stream Netflix from the comfort of their rooms.

The full time Activity coordinator ensures that each resident's wishes are being met, that feedback is sought, and that entertainment is provided according to the individual's interests.

All food is home-cooked and dietary requirements can be accommodated. Meals are generally taken in the dining room but can be taken in residents' rooms.

A professional hairdresser visits twice weekly and a qualified chiropodist visits weekly. Newspaper delivery can be arranged with a local newsagent.

When my dad arrived at The Grange two years ago, he was frail, confused and not at all well. Now, thanks to the constant care and help of the wonderful staff there, he has regained his confidence, cheerfulness and interest in life. I can't recommend them all enough nor express my thanks enough for everything
they do. He is very fortunate to be there, and it gives me great peace of mind to know he is well cared for.

I am so pleased we chose The Grange. When Mum had a bad fall at her bungalow we had to make the decision to move her to a Care Home.
I went entirely on a recommendation by a friend whose mother spent 5 years there.
The staff are all extremely caring. I am disabled myself and I’m happy that Mum is
being well cared for.
They always phone me if there is anything they are at all concerned about, and I am happy that they follow all criteria. For instance when she had a fall.
When Mum had a hospital appointment and no family member was available, a member of staff took her in the home’s transport, for a very reasonable fee. A great load off my mind.
Mum has enjoyed the special days arranged for the Jubilee etc, and a visit to a local school for a meal.

The home is lovely. My nan has been in since last year and the service and nurses are brilliant. Really friendly and personable. The home is exactly what we were looking for. When my nan went in, we were selling her house therefore wanted a home from home feel. We got exactly that. They cater to all
my nan's needs and have taken fantastic care of all residents. Thank you to everyone for the care of my nan.

My mother has lived at The Grange for three years. The residential home has a very homely and relaxed feel about it. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There is a large but airy lounge where many of the residents meet up every day and also a smaller lounge which is really useful. Meals are
served in the dining rooms and the food is like home cooking with plenty of it too! The rooms have wash basins and the shared loos are kept nice and clean. All in all, it is the best home my mother could have stayed in. The management are very switched on to the needs of each resident as an individual. The care she has received has been of a high standard and she has been very happy there. Activities such as quizzes, singers, seated exercise plus weekly hairdressing have all helped her too.
