We have looked very closely into your review comments and as discussed at length during our telephone calls, we feel that all actions were documented and the correct procedures followed as we would expect from our highly trained care team.
We have no record of a complaint being raised at any point during your brother's stay. Daily logs and visiting friend's comments confirm very much the opposite and felt that your brother was very well cared for and very content since arriving with us.
Following your brother's passing, the next of kin on record was informed - they have confirmed that they were completely satisfied with the excellent care provided by us throughout your brother’s time with us.
