A caring and compassionate care home who's management and staff do all in their power to give my husband a happy and safe place to be in. I have also heard from other healthcare professionals along the dementia path, what a good reputation this care home provides. As a family we feel very blessed and
grateful he is with them and so well looked after.

I cannot fault the care given to my mother-in-law, she and myself are always treated with kindness by all of the staff. The residents are well cared for with numerous activities to keep them engaged. The care home rooms are clean, bright and homely, I would thoroughly recommend Loose Court to anybody
in need of residential care.

I have nothing but praise and gratitude for this care home, they have welcomed my mum into their embrace with limitless care, compassion and understanding of her needs.
The home itself is always immaculate, and the staff are tireless in their efforts in accommodating such demanding circumstances.
Their
time and devotion not only to the residents but to us, as a family holds no bounds, they are always there to support and listen every step of the way.
I couldn't think of a better place for Mum to be on her final journey.

Buildings can be nice, but it is the staff that make a care home good. I could not have wished for a better place for Dad to spend the last years of his life. All the staff, no matter what their role, were always kind, friendly and caring. Their ability to adapt to the changing needs that Dementia brings
is excellent. The dignity, respect and support shown to Dad and the family in his final days will always stay with me. So many thanks.

Words cannot express how satisfied/pleased/reassured I am with the care my father received at Loose Court. The staff are all fabulous, very resident and family-focused.
Dad was treated with respect, courtesy and love. The activities were plentiful and varied. Communication with the family was excellent.
No other words apart from excellent, excellent, excellent. Well done to all the team.

My mum was a resident at Loose Court Care home from March 2023 through to 30 November 2024 and during this time the level of care was exemplary.
Mum was treated with such dignity at all times and I felt they not only looked after Mum but also looked after me and even in her final week the attention
to detail and level of care shown by every single member of staff meant so much to me and my brother and reinforced our belief that to leave her in the care of this home rather than use hospice care was absolutely the right decision.
Even during this sadness and grief the home have checked in on me and have helped me look back at this difficult journey of dementia with many good memories meaningful occasions and visits and I cannot thank each and everyone of the staff enough.

My mother recently was in another care home where she was mostly isolated in her room. I watched her giving up, becoming more anxious and powerless. I moved her to Loose Court Care Home where on her first visit she was walked around the garden. She had not walked for over 6 weeks. The next day I sat
in the garden with her and took a short video of the enormous change. Her eyes were alive, she said she felt better and she smiled. Since then, the improvement, the socialisation and the daily interest have given her a new lease and given me so much relief and confidence in her care. Thank you to all the staff, I am so grateful.

Dad has been a resident at Loose Court for several years now, with a particularly unique form of dementia, and in all this time I cannot find a single bad word to say about the home, the staff, or the management; they are fantastic and extremely understanding of his needs. Even with his difficult nature,
the staff have built a great relationship with him and I know that he sees them as people he can rely on.
There has been a steady decline in his condition and they have always said that they will look after him no matter what. I feel that he is in the safest hands I could possibly ask for and there's not a day that passes that I am not thankful for everything they do for him.
I would not hesitate to recommend Loose Court to anyone and I have done a couple of times in the past.

The important word is 'care' and Loose Court Care Home puts this in abundance. The 'care' provided to the residents is outstanding and even related to the relatives of residents. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their charges. The atmosphere is homely without the sterile feel of a hospital.
The care home never smells of urine.

I cannot fault the standard of care at Loose Court Care Home. The carers, management and other staff are kind, efficient and professional. They make the residents feel happy, stimulated, well cared for, safe and loved. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I am so pleased I chose Loose Court for my husband
who has young-onset dementia. It has become his home now and everyone there is part of his family. An excellent care home in every respect!

My dad has been a resident in Loose Court for almost two years now, and whilst his dementia has worsened, the care and support he receives just gets better and better. The staff always have time for my dad, even in busy times, sit with him, walk with him, talk to him and listen to him. They are always
cheerful and will always go the extra mile with dad if he needs to be settled or calmed. They treat my dad as though he was their dad, and I cannot praise them enough.

Mum and I have had the most amazing experience with Loose Court Care Home. My fears and concerns about putting mum into the care home were immediately resolved as mum settled so well coming straight from the hospital over a year ago and since then it feels like a heavy weight has been lifted from my
shoulders. The carers and management team are truly amazing people and deserve so much praise for how they treat not only my mum but the other residents. Nothing is too much trouble and there is always a positive vibe in the home. Any concerns I might have with my mum's health are more often than not already being dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending Loose Court to other people. It truly is an amazing care home.

Our mum has been living here for over 3 years. Mum has been so well looked after from the very start. The Manager, Assistant Manager and staff really do care about mum and she has improved since moving into Loose Court. Relatives and friends of mum all comment on mum's care and how well looked after
she is. It’s a very hard decision to trust a loved one into the care of others but Loose Court is like a family and we are so glad we found Loose Court for mum. Mum constantly tells us how well looked after she is. Thank you for taking such good care of mum it’s clear that the management and staff at Loose Court really care about the residents they look after.

My father was admitted to Loose Court after a period of recuperation in hospital following a fall. As someone who is fiercely independent and intelligent, while also suffering from worsening dementia, I was concerned how he would cope away from a long-standing home environment.
However, the close
care and attention to my father in really understanding his character, foibles, and needs has been exceptional and consistent, all the way through.
Whenever I call the home or visit, all the staff are friendly and well informed, and able to discuss my dad's current health in detail. I have also been kept well informed throughout, which gives me the confidence he is in safe hands and is well cared for, including pro-actively ringing in specialists when required.

My husband was admitted to Loose Court Care Home about three months ago. His particular needs were quickly diagnosed and acted upon. He is now much calmer and accepts all the care and attention given to him. In my opinion, he could be not in a better place. I find all the staff caring, patient and professional.
I am totally comfortable that my husband is receiving the best possible care and attention.

From the very first day all the staff have been amazing. Their care and understanding is absolutely first class, superbly led by the manager. In what has been a difficult time for us they have provided great support and guidance. It is so important and reassuring to know that my relative is being superbly

My best friend's mum was a resident here. She had dementia and this was getting worse. The staff are so patient and caring. They sent videos of her dancing and singing. They even came in on their day off when she was nearing the end of her life. Everyone is professional but also emotionally attached
to all of the residents. I would not hesitate in recommending Loose Court. Amazing.

I can not express how wonderful the manager, assistant manager and their staff are. Nothing is too much trouble and the manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their roles in the Loose Court. The home has been wonderful to my mum from the time she moved in, which was October 2019. The consistency
of care, cleanliness, activity, fun and general wellbeing is second to none. The last few days of my mum's life was made to be the best it possibly could. I wish to thank the manager and assistant manager so much.
