Whenever I have visited father I have observed caring, genuine warmth displayed to all residents of Loose Court. Any concerns are dealt with quickly without any loss of dignity. Nothing is too much trouble it seems and both residents and visitors are given time. (That applies to all staff!)
My father
has been encouraged to settle in and seems to be very happy. His care is much better than his recent time spent in hospital. Food is also v.g. Thank you to all at Loose Court.

Mother-in-law has settled well into life at Loose Court Care Home we believe due to amazing patience, understanding and care of the team and staff. They provide support for not only the residents but us the family also.

Mum seems happy at the home staff are always very helpful and friendly. I feel satisfied that mum is in good hands., which allows our family not to worry for her well-being. The home is always organising events which are great for the residents.

Mum has been a resident at Loose Court since October 2015 and has advanced dementia. She continues to receive exceptional care from the wonderful staff who are genuinely kind, friendly and helpful. The newly decorated home has a warm, relaxed and happy atmosphere and although Mum is unable to participate,
so many activities are on offer to stimulate and enhance the lives of residents who are able. We are kept well informed about all aspects of Mum's care and health and when we visit often feel like staying for lunch as the menus look so delicious. We would have no hesitation in recommending Loose Court, the staff have given us so much peace of mind we can't thank them enough.

My friend has been a resident at Loose Court for over nine years, suffering from Alzheimer's.
From late October 2016, there was a marked decline in her physical health. She suffered a number of falls and on each occasion, a doctor or paramedic was called promptly. She was admitted to hospital twice
but after treatment returned to Loose Court. The staff did their best to encourage and help with feeding and drinking but as her condition declined they provided excellent bed rest for her.
Their standard of care was so good that her son, who lives in America but visited her about three weeks before her death, decided it was better for her to stay at Loose Court where she died in December.

Mum spent just over three years at Loose Court Care Home during which time she was cared for to an exceptional level. We randomly visited so saw the home in action at all different times. She was extremely well cared for and was very happy. There were times when her dementia caused issues but these
were handled efficiently and quickly. She liked her hair, makeup and nails polished, best outfit on which they undertook with pleasure. Mum was able to stay at Loose Court as they considered it her home for her end of life care. There are no words to express my gratitude to everyone at Loose Court Care Home.

Cannot fault the care home at Loose Court Care Home or the staff. They looked after my mother very well from the day she went in until the day she passed away. They got her a hospital bed for her comfort and never left her on her own in her final hours.

The staff knew my uncle by name and treated him and other residents sympathetically. He always praised the food. My uncle was placed in the care home as a respite measure. They were very accommodating

Right from when we came in the door I knew my husband would be well cared for. The staff are really caring. I come to visit often always a cup of tea for me. I cannot say enough good about Loose Court no problems if he has to come again.
