Open door policy and visitors can visit when they wish, although have protected meal times during the period of 12.00 - 13.00 and 17.00 - 18.00 and kindly ask if visitors can avoid these times as it is very important that residents receive all staff care and attention during mealtimes to meet nutritional and hydration needs.
