My mother-in-law is thoroughly enjoying her time at St Peter's. She enjoys both the company of other residents and staff. She is extremely well cared for by all staff members and enjoys the various entertainment and wide variety of food.

Moving to this care home was a carefully considered transition. It was an emotionally exhausting experience for those closest to my grandmother as it needed to be the right establishment to meet needs but also to support the well-being of someone leaving their home of nearly 60 years plus.
From the
moment my grandmother moved she was made to feel welcome by all staff as were we as her family. The staff continue to show care and consideration treating my grandmother with the dignity and respect that she deserves. Thank you St Peter's.

Mum was assessed in her home environment before having a month respite in February. Staff were amazing to Mum and her visitors from start to finish, kind and friendly, doing all they could to make her feel welcomed and comfortable. Mum was fully included in all activities within the home and joined
in with more than we thought she would. We can't thank the staff enough and will not hesitate to book another stay when required. The home had a comfortable, homely feel. Would totally recommend this home to anyone.

My mum was apprehensive about care home life but settled in from day one. She was made to feel so welcome, and her care has been exemplary. Mum has a lovely sea-view room that she loves. It is comfortable, warm and homely. She has regained lost weight and is enjoying the company of others, both resident
and staff. My mum enjoys a mix of activities, in particular, bingo, and she has had the best Christmas for years. The decorations, food and entertainment were all much more than expected due to the dedication of all the staff. St Peter's makes everyone feel very welcome, residents, friends and family alike.

Since my brother was admitted to St Peter's Care home, he has received excellent care and attention. I have seen this first hand as visit my brother often and spend a lot of time with him. The management is excellent and keeps me updated on my brother's progress. All the carers are kind, gentle and
fun, encouraging my brother and bringing his personality out. He has put on over a stone in weight since admission! He is happier and very relaxed and enjoys an occasional entertainment session downstairs. He has a lovely room with everything he needs. He feels very safe.

On arrival, the staff were very welcoming to my mum. We were pleased to know that there was a variety of activities and needs catered for i.e. hairdressers. Nothing seemed too much trouble when asked for things to be done.

I have no hesitation in recommending St Peter's as a care home for loved ones. The staff are, without exception, so professional, friendly, helpful and supportive to both residents and their families. My uncle has been a resident at St Peter's Care Home since November 2018, and we have been very satisfied with the care/support he has received during that time, particularly given the tremendous extra pressure on management and staff relating to the Covid situation. Mum is very settled and content in the home. She tells me how kind the staff are, and I am very grateful to know that she is well looked after. The staff are genuinely caring, and their patience and commitment to their job are very commendable. The position of the home on the seafront and the garden
facilitates make this home even more special! It would be lovely to see a gradual return to more relaxed visits.

My experience has been good. The communication between home and myself has been excellent. The carers are kind, conscientious and welcoming. The home is efficiently organised and to me, everything runs smoothly.

My mother has been at St Peter's for nearly three years, and I have always felt she has been well cared for. Her needs have been met well, and her health has been excellent, given she is 101.

Staff are very helpful, answer all our questions, and medical info is passed on to us very well. The maintenance men have been great in helping us to get my aunt settled into her room. She seems quite happy there. This is all new to us, but the staff have been great. We feel so happy with her being
