At present, family visits are unrestricted, with the exception of meal times, typically around 12:30 pm. In the event of COVID-19 cases, visitors are promptly notified. Restrictions may be applied, including limitations on the number of visitors per resident and potential age restrictions. All visitors are kindly requested to wear face masks and any necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). These measures are vital to safeguard the safety, well-being, and comfort of both residents and visitors

Action was taken by the manager and the previous provider to ensure that all the residents were safe. It was an unfortunate incident that happened and now we have new providers that are changing all the working environment and positive results evidenced by the feedback of families, external agencies, and stakeholders. Most of the decorations are completed, staff are approachable, kind and caring from the feedback received from families. Residents always have a choice of food and drinks and can have this whenever they want it.
This resident was cared for continuously according to her needs and the family contacted the home twice daily for updates.
