Overall, I would highly recommend Terrance House. The staff are all excellent, kind, friendly and helpful. The carers will all try and do everything in their power to help the residents. The Home Managers have an interestingly difficult job keeping everyone contented, but issues are normally dealt with
very efficiently. The Activities Managers are always excellent, always motivating and encouraging. The kitchen staff are all excellent and meals are delicious, nutritious and well thought out. The domestic staff are incredibly capable. The whole house is kept immaculate. The setting in Margate is also hugely beneficial. Close to the sea, shops, coffee houses etc. If Terrance House continues to run as well as it has done recently, it should continue to help many people to get back on their feet again.

I was so very pleased to see my daughter in Terrance House last Tuesday. It was remarkable to see how much better she is now. I do not know how you did it but it can only be described as a miracle. I felt for so long that nothing could help our situation but you have been our salvation. I do not know
what you have done, especially in so short a space of time but I am so pleased that your care and attention has created this wonderful change. I cannot praise you enough. I phone my daughter every day and she is so full of what is happening in the home, the activities and your staff, I really am so happy that you care.
