Vicky has been with Tralee for nearly 6 years. She started her career with us as a senior carer then progressed to deputy manager and then took up the role of the manager in April of this year.
Vicky is dedicated to the health and well-being of her residents and staff.
She prides herself on running a friendly, loving home. She has the support of a brilliant team some of which have dedicated over 15 years of their lives to loving and caring for the residents of Tralee.
Vicky has gained her NVQ level four training and has undergone training in Dementia care and End of life care.
She has a busy life outside of Tralee being a single mum to four beautiful children and a dog!
Vicky has a very close relationship with residents, staff and families, all of which are aware of Vicky’s open-door policy where she offers chat and reassurance, she is also always available for a hug!

Sandra started her career at Tralee nearly 20 years ago.
She is a massive asset to Tralee. She goes above and beyond for the residents and families every day.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for Sandra. Sandra states she wants to be part of a home that she would be happy to place her mum in’ we are lucky that Tralee would be that home.
Sandra has gained her Level 3 NVQ in care and is currently undertaking her Level 4.
Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her daughter and granddaughter.
