Bellsgrove is a relatively small care home but one that has a very reassuring and homely feel to it. It is well managed with lovely, friendly, caring and smiling staff. When we were able to visit our mother during the pandemic we were always greeted with such warmth and politeness. Mum was very poorly
during her short time at Bellsgrove but was cared for in a most genuine and sympathetic manner. We were kept fully informed by the management team regarding any changes in her health. We could not have asked for any better care and highly recommend this care home.

My grandmother has been at Bellsgrove now for over a year and I can’t fault the care being given. They show great care and empathy, and during the pandemic have communicated with me any changes and kept me up to date. The care team go above and beyond expectations and the home manager is fantastic,
incredibly knowledgeable and approachable and I couldn’t ask for better care for my grandmother.

My Mum has been at Bellsgrove for 8 months now. She is suffering from Alzheimer's, which is progressively worsening, but with the staff and management always being so positive, friendly and actively engaging with her, we have seen her general health and state of mind improve. She is being extremely
well cared for and we feel totally at ease with having her stay there.
