The home continues to welcome new residents for friendly and comfortable residential and dementia care for up to 63 customers.

Anchor offers dementia care and provides on-going training to ensure their approach is best for their customers living with dementia. They work hard to get to know customers, build relationships and ensure all aspects of the service they provide are focused on individual and compassionate care.

In general, the overall care is good. Rooms are clean and tidy, my only criticism is laundry. Clothes go missing and other residents clothes are in my relatives room. He is one of only 2 males on his landing so I don't think they can mix them up! I know it's hard to wash and dry clothes quickly buy
the tumble dryer shrinks clothes - shirts and socks get too small. Plenty of food is supplied and it seems good. We are always offered drinks and biscuits when we visit.

Greenacres has looked after my husband for the last 18 months. Sadly he died on 5th September. The care and kindness to him were much more than I thought they would be prepared to do. Whatever they did for him was never too much trouble. Also, everyone was most welcoming to me and his family, with cups
of tea and cake and kind words and understanding. I will miss my visits to Greenacres.

The decorations are a delight making the atmosphere warm and cosy. Found all the staff very helpful at all times; nothing is too much trouble. The Christmas get together with soups was especially nice with all the residents taking part.

I have never visited my Mum at Greenacres Banstead and felt that she was not getting the best care possible: The care home is always spotlessly clean and all the residents always look their best. My Mum's room is always immaculate and the staff always make sure my Mum looks her best. The staff and assistant
manager I feel go beyond their expectations and always taking the time to speak to me giving me honest updates on my Mum's care. I would give 5 stars for this care home.

My mother celebrated her 104th birthday in July. The home contributed a beautiful cake to support food that the family supplied. They organised the local Mayor to attend prior to her birthday and ensured it went into the local paper. Thank you. The team leader joined in to ensure everything went off
beautifully. Thank you for all you do for my mum. My mum has been a resident for 4 years and respite longer and loves it so much and is very happy. Thank you all at Greenacres for looking after my mum.
