I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the adjustments to the care we provided to meet your wife's changing needs. The well-being and safety of our residents are always our priority, and any changes to our residents' care are made on the advice of healthcare professionals. Our internal complaints process has been followed and an outcome was finalised.
