Cliff Court is a warm, welcoming nursing home where my Nan has been safe and happy for the past 3-4 years. My family and I had never experienced nursing homes before my Nan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, but the care at Cliff Court has made it possible for us to live with less anxiety as my Nan's Alzheimer's
has become more severe. Every nursing home should be like Cliff Court. Thank you!

I have been living at Cliff Court for the last five years very happily and have always been very happy with the very caring staff who are professional towards residents.
I must say the manager is very kind and helpful. With nice people and very good food all the time, which is very important.
Not
forgetting the wonderful sea view.

I have been staying at Cliff Court for the last 2 and a half years. I always enjoy the lovely good. Staff are extremely caring.
The manager is pleasant, kind and caring.
I love my room, I enjoy the sea view. There are plenty of activities in the home. I like playing pool with others. I am very lucky
I have a place like this and go for trips in the minibus many times and I go for walks with staff.

I think Cliff Court is a fantastic place to live. Staff are excellent, food is great and with a large choice.
The manager is very kind and efficient. I play snooker and enjoy ball games. I do colouring every day. I go for walks and go for outings in the minibus a few times.
It's a very clean home,
pleasant place to live.

I have always found the management and staff very friendly and helpful. Always offered tea/coffee and biscuits on my arrival. My friend is always clean shaven and presentable. His room is clean, and food is lovely. All residents look happy and contented and clean. I hope that my review will help.

I really think my family hit the jackpot when we were sent to Cliff Court. We have never found the staff to be anything but kind, thoughtful and caring at all times. They support my mother with the utmost respect, she settled into her new 'home' very well. Of course, she has her moments but that is
natural and the staff treat her with the very best of care at these times. They keep us as her family, well informed of any issues or changes that may occur. I have nothing but praise for the manager and her team.

My friend seems very happy here. The food is good and she likes all the staff. If I were here I would prefer and en-suite room. Also, there is no life. Everything is very clean.

My mother has been now been in Cliff Court for three years and during this time she has been very well cared for by the management and staff. Both management and staff have always treated my mother with respect and kindness. They have also always been very patient with her.
As family we have always
felt that mum is safe and secure and Cliff Court. Whenever mum has been unwell they have made sure she has been seen by a doctor immediately. Whenever I have visited mum I have always seen the home to be very clean. My mother has also always been very clean and tidy which is very important to her as she has always been a very clean and neat lady.
