Cross Lane House offers quality care for older people that promotes independence alongside professional standards of healthcare, hygiene, nutrition and security.

Residents are given individual care plans detailing their needs, likes and dislikes, with input from the resident and next of kin, and they are continually updated.

Each resident is allocated a key worker.

A full programme of activities within a pleasant social atmosphere. Including trips out.

Residents are welcome to personalise their rooms.

Respect for privacy and dignity is central to the home's care philosophy.

Staff have in-depth knowledge and experience, while constant on-going training keeps them up-to-date with new care methods and innovations, as well as the requirements of regulators.

Professionals care not only for the resident but their family as well, so that families can be safe in the knowledge that their loved one is in safe hands.

An in-house catering team create delicious, nutritious home cooked meals using locally sourced ingredients where possible.

My father was lost when my mother passed away and he has received the best of attention and understanding. He also has onset Parkinson's disease and requires special care. These are all taken care of by the fantastic members of the care team. He is comfortable and content.
I would absolutely recommend
Cross Lane House Care Home for the care of your loved ones.

I am very happy with the care given to my dad. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and understand my dad’s needs. The manager is great, I feel confident that she will ensure Dad is well looked after and keep me informed of anything I need to be aware of.
I really like the way that all the staff interact
with my dad, they spend time with him, make him laugh and keep his spirits up. Dad feels as though he has a friend and it’s great that she can help him with his mobile phone!

Cross Lane was the fourth care home my mum came to, having struggled for some three years with her health and care needs. For the first time, she has really settled. She does not feel unhappy to be away from her own home because this has really become her home and the staff are so caring and warm. She
has regained so much of her capacity that I can really relax at last, knowing she is safe and her needs are always met. Thank you. The team is just wonderful in every way.
