Cross Lane House offers quality care for older people that promotes independence alongside professional standards of healthcare, hygiene, nutrition and security.

Residents are given individual care plans detailing their needs, likes and dislikes, with input from the resident and next of kin, and they are continually updated.

Each resident is allocated a key worker.

A full programme of activities within a pleasant social atmosphere. Including trips out.

Residents are welcome to personalise their rooms.

Respect for privacy and dignity is central to the home's care philosophy.

Staff have in-depth knowledge and experience, while constant on-going training keeps them up-to-date with new care methods and innovations, as well as the requirements of regulators.

Professionals care not only for the resident but their family as well, so that families can be safe in the knowledge that their loved one is in safe hands.

An in-house catering team create delicious, nutritious home cooked meals using locally sourced ingredients where possible.

A beautiful ground floor room with ensuite, large flat screen TV, electric profile bed, colour co-ordinated furnishings wonderful views of garden with it's numerous squirrels and the ducks in the Pond, all within a lovely Victorian Mansion
