Michelle is a Registered Nurse with 8 years experience of working in the NHS. Michelle has spent her nursing career working in various health settings including within the Community and Nursing Home sector.
Michelle also has a degree in Leadership and Management and has previously supported Nursing Homes through Improvement Plans with her vast knowledge of CQC requirements.
Michelle came to Filsham in September 2023 and is dedicated to ensuring our residents are being provided with a high standard of care which is tailored to residents' individual needs using holistic assessments. Michelle has a passion for ensuring care provided is safe, dignified and person-centred
