Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns regarding your mother’s care provision at Mountside. We want to assure you we take feedback seriously and are committed to addressing the issues raised. Firstly, we’d like to express our regret for the challenges your mother has faced during her stay with us, and we’re sorry for any distress this situation may have caused.
We have initiated an investigation into the matters highlighted, including the falls your mother experienced, concerns about personal hygiene, and the perceived lack of interaction with both staff and other residents – and there are a number of factors at play, some of which are centred on your mother’s personal preferences and individual choices.
We always look to work collaboratively with our residents and their families to address specific needs and requests. Your mother has now moved out, so we wish her well in the future.
