Visitors are welcome at Queensmead at any time and there is ample parking on site. If wishing to visit outside daylight hours or over the weekend, please call ahead to ensure that a member of staff is available to enable entry into the home.
During COVID-19 Government restrictions, visiting is also restricted at Queensmead. Please phone the home for up to date visiting information or visit the Coronavirus page on the website

Thank you for the feedback we appreciate all feedback so we can continue to improve the home. With regards to training all our staff have now completed all their training and are fully up to date. All the rooms are in the process of been decorated and we are acting on all ideas we have from residents and families so we can ensure we make the home special for our residents and meeting all their needs.
