My name is Sandra, and I am the manager of The Grange, I have worked in social care for 29 years in many aspects of care 17 years as a manager. I started as a support teacher at a primary school and then moved on from there to care. When I started at The Grange I had a very warm welcome by staff, residents, and Owners.

I started at the Grange in 1996 and to me, the residents I care for and my colleagues are part of one big family.
There is something unique about The Grange, as soon as you walk through the front door you can feel how homely and caring all the staff are and our care for our residents in their homes is paramount.
