I followed BHT's own procedures that they had put in place, and yet verbally I was threatened not to do this again by the manager of Archway.
I found trying to communicate with him was difficult as he just did not want to engage.
Previous managers and senior project staff were excellent.

Since your submission for information and our reply advising that we would respond within the month, there has been a change in the management team which has caused a delay. I have followed this up and am assured that the Archway management team emailed and wrote to you yesterday to apologise, explain the delay, and provide a new, 2-week timeframe within which to expect a response.
With relation to your concern about staff, if you would welcome discussing this further please contact the new Archway manager on the office line 01273 748031 so that we might have an understanding of your point of view, and follow up as needed.
