I agree with you that we are not a suitable home for reduced mobility, we are not purpose-built, which causes us a number of issues with equipment including a old working lift. I am sorry that you found some of the care staff uncaring which we had discussed and as I am new in post this will take me time to address. The staff are brilliant, friendly, thoughtful, patient and caring. They treat mum with great kindness and respect. We are made to feel welcome when we visit and a cup of tea and biscuits are always offered.
The care manager is excellent. He welcomed
The rooms are light and airy and there is a lovely garden for residents and visitors to enjoy.
I have peace of mind knowing that my mum is safe and well cared for and that the staff will keep me informed.
