Meet our esteemed care Home Manager, Noel Ravela, a dedicated Registered Nurse with a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector. Noel is registered with CQC as a Registered Manager for Ashtonleigh Nursing Home and holds a degree in Health Care Management. Noel brings an exceptional blend of clinical expertise and managerial skills to our facility. Noel has been part of the Ashton Group for more than 5 years and has worked as a deputy manager in one of our sister homes Ashton House in Haywards Heath where he ably deputised for a 100-bed nursing home. Noel ensures that the staff attend regular training courses to keep their knowledge up to date to guarantee that the care the residents receive meets the resident's needs as well as CQC standards. Noel manages a team of deputy managers, clinical lead, registered nurses and carer staff as well as domiciliary staff to ensure that the home runs smoothly and that they comply with CQC regulations. Noel also assists our overseas staff in gaining their NMC PIN Number through rigorous training to become Registered Nurses in the UK.
