After 14 years working in care, many of those years with dementia clients, Irene was looking for a new challenge. “The Bill House looked like an incredible place to work so I joined in June 2021 as deputy manager,” she says. “I am proud to be part of the Bill House team and keen to support our residents to be happy and healthy.”

I’m Andy and I joined the team in 2015. I’m a care worker at The Bill House, not only have I found my passion and spend my days making my residents smile, I also met my partner here and we have a beautiful daughter. Selsey and The Bill House are a beautiful place to live and work.

Our operations manager started her journey with the company in 1999 and has progressed through a number of different positions. Sarah supports all of our managers across the Park Group and says: “I have the pleasure of supporting the team at The Bill House, who offer amazing service and care for our lovely residents. I always enjoy my days in this incredible environment, seeing the cheerful smiles, particularly when the sun shines.”

Faye has a wealth of experience and knows the business inside out, having been with The Park Group for more than 10 years. Our service manager started her journey as a carer and has worked her way up into leadership roles. After four years as our training manager, she has recently taken on her new role overseeing our five sites.

Park Group’s co-founder, Lawrence Alexander began his career as a nurse before moving into managing and running facilities. He is hugely experienced in all aspects of mental health, with a particular focus on working with the elderly. In recent years he has stepped back from the day-to-day business operations, but Park Group remains dedicated to his principles of care and quality of life.

Our other co-founder, Diane Alexander trained at the London Hospital before moving to Basingstoke for her mental health training. She has a diploma in facilitator styles, a teaching certificate and an honours degree in further education. With Lawrence, she has handed over the daily running of Park Group to their sons, Oliver, Adam and Sven, but retains a keen interest in ensuring the business is still run according to the principles on which it was founded.

Oliver joined the company in 2013 following a career in management consultancy and a degree in business management and Spanish. Oliver is the company's managing director and has a passion for continuous improvement and working with our fantastic staff to deliver the highest quality care.

Following a career in the Merchant Navy as a navigational officer, Sven joined the company in 2006. During his time at the company, Sven has worked in all areas of the business.
Currently, he is responsible for the management and maintenance of our properties.

Adam joined the company in 2015 after working in a start-up aimed at making technology easier for elderly people. He graduated with a degree in management sciences and Spanish. He specialises in the financial side of things, but as with all our staff is committed to the business maintaining the highest possible standards of care.
