My mother is not an easy character, and when she went to live at The Heathers about eighteen months ago, I was worried about how the staff would cope with her.
I needed not have been concerned because they have been absolutely amazing. Mum was admitted to hospital recently, and a member of staff went
out of their way to visit, care for, and comfort my mum, even taking her favourite dessert.
All the staff have been considerate and empathetic when often they were met with a frustrated, grumpy old lady. I live a long way away and can't get down as much as I would like to, but I feel reassured to know that she has such lovely patient people looking after her. She calls The Heathers "home" which is absolutely what it is.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The staff are all pleasant and helpful and kind. The room is nice but I find the traffic very busy and noisy even through the night.

Very friendly and helpful. All staff are very pleasant and willing to help. Visited one afternoon when they had an activity in the lounge and it was so lovely for the residents.
