I found the staff helpful and cheerful with a solicitous manner. I was offered, though did not need, walking, bathing and toilet facilities.

We moved my mother from another care home where we were concerned about her care. The Heathers is a vast improvement, care staff are much more caring and any problems encountered are swiftly dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending The Heathers.
