I am the Registered Manager of Kathleen's Lodge Care Home. I have been managing the Home for 21 years. I have been working in the care industry since the age of 16 including those with a range of physical and mental health needs. I then became Senior Carer to Care Manager to then becoming the Registered Manager of Kathleen's Lodge. I have gained many qualifications over the years including EDI Level 2 Certificate in Dementia Care, NVQ Care Level 3, NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services, Certificate in Safe Handling of Medicines and many more. I have got 30+ years of care experience.

Somying has been with us since 2007 & extremely well liked by residents and staff. She is very people centred & always leads by example.
Somying & our two other seniors guide a team of 13 health care assistants.

Romana has been with us since early 2020. She delivers daily entertainment and a huge abundance of activities for the residents such as:
All relevant celebration days are well lead with the residents at the heart of it.

Eli has been with us since 2010 & is the most amazing cook. She meets all the dietary requirements of the residents. Eli will always cook separate meals if the residents fancy something different on the day. Eli also spoils the staff with her homecooked food. She truly is an amazing asset to Kathleen's lodge.
