We didnt know what to expect when we first went in all you hear is horror stories but how different it was from that, we were greeted by the manager who was a lovely lady as was her deputy. The home was clean bright and full of happy staff and residents. We just wanted was best for mum who needs round
the clock care. We were informed that this could be provided for her but you still have your doubts but there was nothing to doubt mum has the care that she needs. The move to mums new home was hard for her and for us as she had been living with us after the sad loss of her husband, but from the second she arrived she was made to feel welcome by all people there. Every time we visit mum is clean and tidy and extremely well fed. We are always offered a drink and chairs are brought for me to sit on, nothing seems to be too much trouble its better than being at home (don't tell my wife). If you ever thought that care homes were horrible smelly places then this place breaks the mold its like a home from home and I cannot fault it in any way mum has settled in now and when we take her out she cannot wait to get back what more could you ask for,we would highly recommend that you go have a look for yourself you will not be disappointed.
