Overall I'm very satisfied with the staff who are very caring and helpful as possible, this includes management at Eynesbury House.
My lad has settled well - enjoys his days.
Staff very supportive and I can only thank them enough for all their help to solve any ongoing issues.
Only small things to
resolve - fares for home visits still ongoing, not resolved as package deal said that they were included.
Written monthly updates of my lad's progress very haphazard (sometimes get them, sometimes not).
Still not had copies of package agreement from 2016, constant requests have been ignored or not followed through.
Still don't have written agreement as verbally stated and agreed from 2016.
Staff are excellent.

Welcoming and friendly staff.
Open and non-judgemental.
Listening staff.
Good communication verbally and email but could be more consistent.
A clean, safe and relaxed environment for residents.

I recently had a night in hospital due to psychogenic polydipsia. I had been drinking too much water and then was sick all over my bathroom floor. A male member of staff knocked on my door and walked into my room. He told me that he needed to take me to accident and emergency. I feel this member of
staff dealt with my condition very promptly. He took most of my medications with me (apart from Temazepam) so the hospital staff could administer.
