Jan’s journey in the healthcare sector began straight after leaving school, driven by a deep passion for helping others. She started as a Dental Nurse, gaining experience in both NHS and private practices, before discovering her true calling in health and social care. Although she took a short break to explore the hospitality industry, her heart has always been in care—a field where her dedication and compassion continue to shine.

Sarah became the Care Manager at Glennfield Care Centre in 2008 and has many years’ experience of working in the care home environment.
Sarah has an NVQ 4 in Care Management, an intermediate certificate in Health and Safety and has undertaken many workshops in various care related subjects.
Sarah is responsible for the running of the home in the absence of the Manager.

Nicoleta qualified as a Nurse in Romania in 1997. She worked in different healthcare settings, from hospitals to community care and lots of other places in between.
She moved over to the UK to continue her nursing career in 2014 and has been working at Glennfield Care Home ever since. Now as the Clinical Lead, Nicoleta strives to ensure Glennfield Care Home continues to be a safe, happy place where people live a fulfilled life.
