Thank you for your comments as we can learn from these and hopefully improve if you ever wish to visit us again, we really enjoyed your company whilst you stayed with us and we were all sad to see you leave, but on a positive, it is lovely that you were able to return home to independent living, and we would be happy for you to visit for lunchtime and at Christmas as we spoke about on your last day with us.
