We are always happy to receive constructive criticism and would love the chance to discuss this with you. Although we have seen some management changes, our core staff remain in post and they are highly regarded by residents and their families. We employ two activities coordinators and now Covid restrictions have been lifted, we are able to welcome entertainers and resume trips out.

Job Title: Home manager
I began my journey with Kingsley over 10 years ago. I progressed through the company and have recently become the home's manager. Hard work pays off. I am proud to be the manager. Brooke is a beautiful home set in beautiful surroundings. The home has a calm and relaxing atmosphere where staff provide excellent care in a person-centred manner. Out of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and going for walks.
Job Title: Deputy Manager
I have worked in the care sector since 2015 and have progressed from Care Assistant to Deputy Manager. I was attracted to Kingsley Healthcare’s values and their approach to care in offering truly person-centred care, with residents and staff being part of one family. Brooke House is such a welcoming home in truly spectacular surroundings and I am very proud of the team that I work with. Building relationships with residents and their families is not just a job, it is a privilege, and I am passionate about our residents living the most fulfilling lives possible.
Job Title: Hospitality Manager
I have over 13 years of management experience in the hospitality sector, running hotels and restaurants in Norfolk.
To work at Brooke House, it’s like going from your own home to a family member's home where you’re greeted with a big smile and a warm hug every day. Outside work I love kayaking, outdoor activities, music events/ festivals and of course spending time with my family and friends.
Job Title: Administrator
Since graduating from university with a Marketing Masters degree, I have gained a range of experience in Admin roles across a variety of different sectors. I really enjoy working with the friendly team at Brooke House and getting to know all of our lovely residents. I also enjoy the variety in my role and learning something new every day. Outside of work I love going to the theatre, crafting and spending time with family.
