My only complaint would be a loss of clothing items. Although most were named such as underwear, support stockings

Having previously worked as the Clinical Lead in a large care home where she was responsible for all things clinical, Adeshola started her time with Kingsley in October at Buckingham Lodge where she was Deputy Manager, but with her skills and aptitude, it was soon evident that she would make an excellent Home Manager.
Job Title: Deputy Manager
With experience in learning disability and mental health services, she transitioned to working with the elderly at Downham Grange in March 2023. Enjoying the camaraderie of the team and the sense of progress for the residents, she finds fulfilment in her work. Outside of work, she indulges in morning swims, walks with her dogs, and the pleasure of a good book.
Job Title: Administrator
As the Business Administrator at Downham Grange since June 2023, she brings years of experience as an Admin Manager in Children’s Social Care. Embracing the diversity of her role, she finds satisfaction in its unpredictability, relishing interactions with residents and families. With a focus on enhancing the administration function, she strives to provide robust support for both residents and staff.
Job Title: Receptionist
Having joined Downham Grange as a receptionist/home administrator four months ago, she finds joy building connections with residents, their families, and fellow staff members. Before her role at Kingsley, she took time off to assist her father in caring for her mother, who now resides in a care home due to Alzheimer's.
Job Title: Activities Coordinator
Since 2019, she's been part of Downham Grange, starting as a support worker before transitioning to the activities team.
She values understanding residents' needs and tailoring activities accordingly. Enjoying interactions with residents and hearing their stories, she finds fulfilment in her role.
