The Coach House is a comfortable residential care home based in a tree-lined residential area in the coastal village of Hemsby. They are specialised to meet the care needs of clients suffering from dementia and mental health disorders.

The special needs of clients suffering from dementia are incorporated in the design, colour co-ordination and comfortable furnishings which are complemented by the essential assistive technology and security facilities.

Personalised care plans focus on individual needs, interests and choices, and are developed by working closely with clients and their families. Regular indoor and outdoor activities are organised to promote the health and wellbeing of clients

The Coach House's mission is to provide personalised quality healthcare to all clients through continuous training and education of staff in all aspects of service delivery whilst striving to act on client's/families’ recommendations.

Each time I visit the home I'm amazed at the dedication the staff provide to the residents. I've yet to see anyone ignored although the staff are under extreme pressure due to the demanding nature of the job. I must add how the Manager, always has her office door open for residents to discuss the personal
needs. The home just gets better and better.
