Kings Lynn care home is perfectly situated in the heart of Kings Lynn, just five minutes walk from both the mainline rail and bus stations.

The home is a purpose-built facility with all accommodation situated on one level for ease of access. It has homely touches, with recently decorated light and airy communal spaces and predominantly en-suite accommodation for the comfort of its residents. The home features a pretty, enclosed garden which is readily accessible and a mixture of small and large communal areas.

High quality short-term, respite or rehabilitation care or longer term support is available at the home. Residents enjoy a relaxing environment with good access to local amenities in the local community.

Freshly cooked, nutritious meals are provided, catering for any dietary needs and there is a full activities and wellbeing programme, including one-to-one activities personalised to each resident as well as group activities. The team at the home is keen to maintain close relationships with the local community, and supports residents to continue to be a part of the local community.

The well-trained and high quality staff support residents with a blend of friendliness and professionalism, taking the concerns and feedback of residents and their loved ones very seriously and helping them to achieve a satisfying day-to-day lifestyle.

I find the care in the home good. The staff are always cheerful and have time for everyone. It is clean and kept in good decorated order. The food is of a good variety.

The level of care is exceptional and all of the staff take a real interest in ensuring the residents needs are seen to and trying to make them as happy and content as possible. The manager runs an extremely tight ship and takes her role VERY seriously. Any concerns are always swiftly dealt with, always
involving both the resident and the family members.

Father admitted from hospital for respite care and receiving thoughtful, responsive, compassionate care and attitudes from carers, catering staff, managers and the domestic team. Mum visits and loves the friendly, non institutional atmosphere and other visitors have commented favourably on the homely
environment. The on site car park, access slopes and the residential home being on one level have made visiting easy.
