Linden Court is a lovely, purpose-built care home in the South Norfolk town of Watton, just a short drive from Thetford.

The home provides excellent residential care in 44 carefully designed bedrooms. Residents have their own furnished room and can bring small items of furniture, pictures and ornaments with them when they move in. All rooms are comfortable and are well-equipped with hand basins and some have en-suite bathrooms. There are toilets and bathrooms located throughout the home.

There are large lounges in the home with Wi-Fi available in many areas. A warm and friendly environment in which to live is provided and the care team will be on hand to help and advise on individual needs.

As a family, we were very apprehensive about Dad's move (which was forced by council funding cuts) but Linden Court is a breath of fresh air, after the last care home. All care staff have been welcoming, caring and friendly. Dad is over the moon with care and food. All food is well presented and the
menu is mindful of residents, although early days, Dad is more content and definitely happier. Keep up the excellent and valued care of our elderly people. Well done to all.

While visiting the home several times, find the staff and carers very helpful and also considerate. I find it hard to cope with how my dad is, they even have time to comfort me. In fact, I cannot fault anything they have done and if anything happens they get in touch straight away.

Dad is always happy and content. The staff are caring and have time to chat with Dad. Everyone appears cheerful and positive. His diet and needs are always met. He appears neat and tidy and Dad's room is always clean and well-kept. I am very happy with his care here.

My dad is very happy here. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. The staff always have time to chat if I want to know about my dad. His room is spotless and always clean and tidy. As a family, we are very happy with his care.

My aunt moved into Linden Court in 2022. The care my aunt received at Linden Court was first class - I cannot praise the staff highly enough, the carers all do a fantastic job. The home offers a good range of activities and entertainment for the residents. The staff welcome all visitors and family members.

The home provided excellent care throughout my aunt's stay.

We visit every week staying about 2 hours and we are made very welcome. I would like to see a few more activities for the residents, maybe an hour or so in the afternoon, like games or bingo to keep them occupied, nice area to sit out in.

I cannot praise the staff at Linden Court highly enough. My dad was struggling at home when my mum went into hospital and became so miserable that he was refusing to eat, drink or get out of bed. Within a few days of moving into Linden Court, he was settled and happy. The staff supported me through
the process of moving him as I live many miles away and answered all my concerns, however small.
When I visited dad, it is like entering a very friendly hotel, all the staff welcoming and caring, a lovely atmosphere, and spotlessly clean, and dad tells me the food is top-notch.
It gives me real peace of mind to know dad is well cared for, and I reckon it has taken 10 years off his 92 years being there!

All staff have been genuinely caring friendly and very helpful with settling my grandma in from day one. Always been kept up to date with his care and progress. Excellent covid measure in place to keep residents and visitors safe. Nothing is ever too much trouble and it's lovely to know my grandad is
getting the best care. Whilst being in the home he has shown great improvement since arriving.

I find the staff very friendly, pleasant and helpful. My mum is very happy there. She is 94 and it's been a big change in her life. I cannot fault the staff. Top marks for all of them.
The Manager and the Administrator are first-class at doing their jobs.

Linden Court is a well-managed care home with a family atmosphere. The manager is totally involved in the care given and supporting staff leading in a practical and hands-on way. All the staff were devoted to attending to residents' needs and took an active interest in their welfare. I was always impressed
that on arrival whoever I met I was told how my wife was. I appreciated being able to spend so much time with her in her last weeks and being welcomed as a member of the family. Although my wife was unable to enjoy the activities provided, I saw that the staff put much energy and effort into this aspect of their care. Meals were varied, tasty, and satisfying, and enjoyed by my wife when she could eat. Towards the end, it was hard for her to eat but the staff were patient, encouraging her to take food. The rooms were kept very clean and laundry is done daily.
I am content that Linden Court was a happy and very caring home for my dear wife at the end of her days.

On behalf of the family, I express our appreciation and gratitude to all at Linden Court for the way they cared for our mum and dad throughout the entire time they were residents there. From the moment of their arrival in 2018, they and we were welcomed onto the Linden Court family with such warmth,
and we immediately felt at ease and this never changed. Mum and Dad were both afforded the most dignified and empathetic care, and we were always shown support and understanding. The entire staff clearly worked as a team, at all times professional, yet always approachable and happy to help with any query whether in person or by phone.
Following Dad’s passing in 2019, Mum continued being looked after sympathetically, particularly during the most challenging of circumstances due to Covid restrictions, until her passing in February. We shall always be grateful for the compassionate way she, and we were treated during her final hours and the support given in the days immediately after.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the amazing staff and carers at Linden Court. They have been looking after my 93-year-old grandmother since December 2019, and she settled in straight away and we were so impressed by how kind and attentive everyone was. This helped my grandmother adjust very quickly.
She also raves about the food, which always looks delicious. Things changed dramatically when the pandemic hit, but the staff have been amazing in such difficult circumstances, keeping everyone safe and facilitating visits where possible, and showing terrific care and consideration. Now that visits are back on, everything is being managed very efficiently and professionally. I would recommend Linden Court to anyone with a loved one who needs care. A big thank you to all the staff.

I just want to thank all of the wonderful staff at Linden Court for the kindness and respect with which they treated my mother over the past few weeks when she was a resident. My family and I, were frequent visitors to Linden Court and every time we saw our mother, she was always washed and dressed
and looking well cared for and all of her needs were being met. My mother did not want to eat but the staff always asked her what she would like at each and every meal and ensured that she had plenty of fluids to drink. Sadly mum passed away, but I am glad to say that she could not have been better taken care of over the past few weeks. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to ensure that mum had everything she needed and she was happy and content. I do not think that there is a better care facility anywhere. I just can't thank you enough.
