I have worked at The Manor House for more than 25 years and there is a family feel here which extends to the residents and staff. We fully support the team and work closely together to help each other. It's a nice place to work with lovely surroundings. Paula, the manager, always makes a point of thanking the staff every day so they do feel appreciated.

I have been with the home for nearly a year now. As an administrator, I find that it works well for my home and work balance as I live locally with young children. Having previously worked as a carer, I have an appreciation for what the team here does and can support the residents too.
I have a close working relationship with both the Home Manager and Deputy Manager.

I am responsible for the night care of our residents. I lead a small, loyal night team and supervise their work. I am responsible for writing all the nighttime care plans and monitoring the records in terms of daily fluid intake.
