I find myself getting better on a daily basis. I have not been here that long but so impressed by the care that I'm getting and give the home 5-stars. I was made to feel so welcome from the offset and I am going to get very well with this kind of care, though I really don't want to leave. This has been
the best move I've made in my life, no kidding. All this is from my heart. The best ever.

I have volunteered at Park House and it's hands down the nicest home I've worked in, everyone is treated with dignity and care and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are hard-working and friendly and there is always a wonderful atmosphere. I would highly recommend to anyone themself who needed
residential care or anyone who needed their loved ones in a residential setting.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, the home itself is very clean, airy and generally a truly lovely place. Whenever you walk in the staff ask if you would like a drink, and are very courteous, friendly and caring. You couldn't ask for a better home.

I visit weekly with my daughter as part of a local scheme and we very much look forward to seeing all the residents and staff. The residents seem very happy at Park House and the staff are friendly and welcoming. If a family member had to move to Park House in the future, I would be satisfied that they
would be taken good care of!

I have been visiting my friend for around a year now, as a fellow member of a meeting group that he used to go to before he went into Residential Care.
I have been very impressed with the Care and attention to detail at Park House.
Nothing seems like too much trouble and my friend is always singing
the praises of the Care Staff there, my friend especially enjoys the food.
I have always been made to feel very welcome at Park House.

My aunt has been very happy at Park House since moving in about six months ago. My aunt has benefitted from the 24/7 care provided. My brother and I are both confident that she is in safe hands. The staff are keen to welcome family and friends to visit my aunt.

The care team at Park House are amazing and their work rate and commitment to their residents is second to none.
Aside from taking in my mother on two temporary occasions, my auntie spent 2 years before passing away under the care of Park House and we couldn't have been happier with the service.

I have been made to feel extremely welcome since moving to Park House. The staff are very friendly and polite, nothing is too much trouble. They are extremely patient and helpful with all my needs. Care homes have a perception as being a place of last resort when someone elderly can't cope at home, but Park house is welcoming and the staff are very friendly and caring. Definitely not a place to move when you've left it too late - though their care is always excellent whatever the circumstances.

So, so pleased dad was transferred from his home into Park House. He was veery fearful that he would have to go back into hospital, as he had only been home from hospital a week.
Luckily, his condition was such, that Park House was actioned.
His care has been flawless and A1 over the 6 days of his
stay.
All staff and carer, management too, have made dad calm and comfortable. Actioning his needs promptly, with much positivity throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was constantly looked in on and checked regularly through each day and night.
Park House has a wonderful, friendly and caring atmosphere the minute you enter, even as you leave. Magic.

Mum and dad both needed care at the same time and at very short notice were welcomed as residents at Park House. Management and staff provided excellent care and support at a difficult time for me and I would not hesitate to recommend this home, nothing was too much trouble for them - thank you management

I have been a resident of Park House nearly three years now and I feel quite at home. The staff are very good they are patient and kind and have become more like friends which is good, as you get older we don't have much family left. If things need rectifying they do it but consult us first. After putting
this down on paper I must admit I'd rather be at home, but failing that I couldn't have picked a better care home.
