I was very ill when I came here, I was looked after very well. All the staff were nice, polite and they all helped me. The chef was good as well with the meals. I might not have gotten better without their help. Clean and tidy home.

I just wanted to show how well my mother was cared for. When she arrived at Park House she was very poorly, she hadn't been eating properly and was dehydrated. After a few says I could see she was much improved and enjoying her food. The staff couldn't have been kinder and also the medical care both
during and after she came home has been excellent. Thank you.

Park House is lovely clean, warm and friendly. The staff are on hand whenever needed. It's a bonus having it's own care park as parking in town is never easy.

I am very happy here, I have a lovely room which recently had a new en suite fitted.
We also have an Elvis impersonator who visits us and he is really wonderful.
The food is great and I have no complaints.

Staff showed great warmth and kindness to my late mother and to myself. They were very hardworking but all found time to talk to residents. Staff worked as a cooperative team creating a cheerful atmosphere, a warm huddle of humanity. The food was freshly cooked and appetising. Residents are given a
choice for each meal. Nursing attention was careful. The general practice next door was quick to respond when required and also monitored residents health on a regular basis. There are good communal areas and residents are encouraged to participate in group activities if they wish. The house was spotless.
