All our staff work in a person-centred way, and it is lovely to hear that their hard work and dedication to all our residents have been acknowledged. Thank you so much for this lovely review. The staff have been incredible this last year keeping the morale high for all our residents. We have been so lucky to have been able to continue with having our hairdresser here as she is also a member of staff. A little thing of them being able to have their hair done really boosts their confidence and gives them that little bit of normality during these lockdowns.
