Thank you so much for your feedback Marian. I am sorry that you do not enjoy the range of activities we offer here at The Warren. We do try to offer something for everyone including entertainers coming in to the home and a weekly mini bus outing in addition to the in house knit & natter group, quizzes etc. I understand that you enjoy jigsaw puzzles so I will ensure that you have these available to you on your next visit and ask the activities coordinator to chat with you to identify things you would enjoy. We look forward to seeing you at The Warren again in the very near future!

In my 16 years of working in healthcare, I have learnt to lead by example and ensure every resident is treated as the unique individual that they are.
I love working for Barchester and leading the team at The Warren in the care and support of residents to provide first-class service that meets their individual needs. We have a truly lovely home and a fantastic team.
