My Aunt spent two weeks in Westfields after being discharged from hospital.
The care she received was excellent, all the staff treated her and us with the utmost respect.

Jack Anthony-Knell

Job Title: Registered Manager

Joined: 2022

My career in Health and Social Care started in 2013. I started off working in the local community as a Domiciliary Carer and Support Worker. I met some lovely people and had the privilege of caring for them in their own homes.


In 2014 I started working in a residential home, where I started supporting individuals living with dementia. Then I took a position within NorseCare, where I worked as a Care and Support Worker.
I found a home in Heacham that I fell in love with, so I stayed there for 4 years, until moving to various other homes within the company, to support as Deputy Manager.


In 2021 I started supporting our homes from a strategic support point of view and also supporting Dementia Care as a Practical Dementia Coach, across our 36 homes which I have been nominated for the Norfolk Care Award 2022 for ‘Delivering Excellence through Learning and Development”.


In the past 9 years of working in Social Care, I have met some amazingly beautiful people, which I will never forget, they have taught me a lot, as well as worked with some incredible teams. In this, I have gained various qualifications including my Level 5 Diploma in Adult social care.


I find it so rewarding to come to work every day and see the positive impact on all the people that we support.
