We are forever grateful for the excellent care everyone gives to our mum. The staff are personable, approachable, friendly and most importantly, kind. I know I can totally trust them all with my mums care and I thank you for that.


I would also like to say thanks to the seniors who are very proactive

when we ask for anything to be done eg. the GP visits. It is done straight away - well done.

This care home is a breath of fresh air. My wife and I visit every week and have found the level of care second to none.


We always find the staff show total respect to all residents, their patience is never ending. We visited many care homes before opting for this one and have never at any point

regretted placing my Mother-in-Law within. The food is appetising and plentiful, the rooms comfortable and airy. All in all the home is a glowing example to care homes.

My mother died in Woodstock recently after living there for seven years. Their care was second to none and we were greatly comforted by the genuine love and tenderness shown to her by the staff. At such a sad time it meant so much to know that when we were not with her she was with friends.

The home provides a fair standard of food. It is warm, clean and inviting, most bedrooms are ensuite. Staff are kind and know the residents on a first name basis. If I have any queries, I feel able to express my views with management.

My Aunt has been well treated by friendly and courteous staff. Her improved diet and regular feeding is reflected in her significantly better appearance. My Aunt has benefited from the company of other residents and is often more communicative during our visits to see her.

I spent three years making regular visits to see my wife at Woodstock care home. I looked forward to every visit and as her dementia moved through different stages the staff would always be on hand to update me and give any support and advice I required. My wife had in her way three happy years there
and I always came away knowing she was in the best place and getting the very best care possible. God bless them all.

The staff at Woodstock are very respectful to all residents they are quick to act on any concerns I have, they know their likes and dislikes. Most of the staff are happy to chat and tell me about mum and how she has been, it has a homely atmosphere. I am very happy with the care at Woodstock.

My mother has been at Woodstock for 2 years, maybe a little more, and I find the place a very welcoming and warm place for my mother to be. She has lovely staff members looking after her and they always greet me with a friendly smile, and we are welcome to call when we like. I know from experience that
not all homes are as good, so all in all I'm very satisfied that my mother is getting the best care possible.

I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years. I started as a care assistant and have worked my way up gaining experience and qualifications, I have been a registered manager for 15 years within various-sized private homes.


For me, this is not only a job but a vacation.
