We have been very pleased with my mothers care. The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you. A very good place for my mother to be cared for. Thank you all at The Dell.

Good Maintenance Workers have an eye for detail. Pay attention to the little cleaning tasks that don't take long but make a location shine. And, are also willing to put in initiative when needed, like fixing things they see in need of repair before it becomes a major concern.
Maintenance Workers fix and maintain mechanical equipment. They also care for flooring repairs and upkeep on buildings' roofs while ensuring that electricity continues to function as it should.


Maintenance Workers keep machines running smoothly. Painting floors and fixing plumbing issues and sinks. Also, work with heating systems by installing ventilation filters for odour issues that might arise from time to time.


Requirements and skills :
- Proven experience as assistant director or other similar position
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship is required
