Each time I visit, my mother was clean and busy. I was offered a lunch one day, which was adequately portioned and tasty. Help was available if needed. She has had a couple of falls, but not unexpected given her age and frailties. At least someone was there to attend to her when it happened.

I was visiting my mum and dad every week up to when the Coronavirus put a stop to it, the last time I visited my parents was 19/03/2020. I always found the staff friendly. The home looked clean with all the facilities the residents would need. I often would give my mum a drink and I was usually offered
one as well. When my father went into the home he was made welcome and had a room with my mum. There was always plenty of food at mealtimes.

My mum and all the residents receive extremely good care. Warm and cosy home. The residents have no restrictions. A well-managed home. Pleasant and friendly. I am very happy for my mum to be there and that makes our family feel very happy.

I found the care of all the staff to be very caring and loving. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they all treated my dad with the dignity he deserved. Couldn't have asked for better care for him.

I would highly recommend this care home. They have cared for my aunt until she took her last breath. She came from another care home which disabled her and would have killed her if she didn't get out when she did. She moved here and within two weeks she was becoming her bright self again.
She suffered
from dementia and she couldn't walk as much as she would like to. She had always been extremely independent and didn't like a lot of help. Staff allowed her to keep her independent ways as much as possible. She was being social and including herself in activities whereas she was stuck in a room on her own for hours in her previous home which caused depression and self-neglect.
She honestly became the lady she was all down to these wonderful staff members even when she went on palliative care they were so kind, caring and supporting. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.
