Excellent care and attention sustained over two and a half years of my uncles stay. Well kept facilities and caring staff. It has made the last years of my uncle's life as comfortable and as pleasant as it could be given his infirmity.

I was very impressed by this home. The Management and staff have worked hard over the last 6 years to get it to where it is now.


The Residents are very happy and contented. Staff thoughtful and caring. Very clean.


The staff go over and over the call of duty to assist residents and relatives.


I would highly recommend this home.

My husband has been extremely well looked after during his temporary stay here. The staff are very kind and friendly and respect his dignity. He really enjoys the food and there is a good selection.
His room is slightly small but adequate. The manager has been extremely helpful in answering my queries
and getting the right equipment to help my husband.

Nayland House is a well appointed and well managed home; my elderly mother has been a resident since December 2008. As she approaches her 99th birthday, she is well looked after in a compassionate caring environment. Her longevity is a testament to the excellent care she receives every day.
