Spring Lodge comes up to all standards in resident care. The home is wonderful on all things ile. You name it and the home gets there. My wife has been living there for 6 years and its home to her. When there, she feels safe and relaxed, cuddles the staff and smiles at all times.

My mother stayed at Spring Lodge for a week's respite recently. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, management very friendly, approachable and extremely understanding. On my visits, I noticed the residents always had drinks and was chatted to constantly by the staff. There are activities 5 days
a week, they even let my mother take her budgie in with her. All in all, my mum was very happy and has even spoken about returning. Thank you to the management and care workers who made my mum feel very happy and comfortable during her stay.

My mum has been resident at Spring Lodge for nearly four years and has always received the kindest care. Mum likes to walk and she is able to do this around the home and in the gardens which are quite large and secure. The staff, without exception, are caring and kind, spending time with individuals
when they can. The home is well decorated and comfortable and the views of residents and relatives are sought and acted upon. My mum particularly enjoys activities involving music and animals.

Spring Lodge is a care home with specialises in looking after residents with Dementia. My mum has been there since January 2015 and has settled in very quickly. She is very content in the environment there, is safe and well looked after.

All staff very friendly and cheerful and while we were there, all communicating with residents and offering activities. The home was clean and bedrooms acceptable size. All residents seemed quite happy during our visit.

At an awful time, when Mum was living in a home away from her family, the manager agreed to accept her. This was such a smooth transition to Spring Lodge. I don't have to words to express how much easier it has been to have Mum locally to me. All the staff are fantastic, they are caring and supportive.

Invited to the Christmas party at Spring Lodge. First visit to the home with a family member that has a resident in the home. Lovely atmosphere. Staff were so kind and caring towards the residents.

My name is Samantha Davis and I have been a Nurse for almost 20 years now and have spent most of my career working in the elderly care sector; working within management roles for 8 years I find this extremely fulfilling and rewarding. Working as the Deputy Manager/Clinical lead at Spring Lodge since September 2023 I feel there is a great team and thoroughly enjoy working with them all. I have a passion for person-centred care and am enthusiastic about promoting this throughout the home; I believe in providing a holistic approach to care and am looking forward to working with the caring staff already established at Spring Lodge to embed this further.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, I have developed a strong commitment to providing excellent service to all individuals.
