We welcomed this lady into our home from another care setting with several complex care needs. Her husband has been extremely supportive from the very start. Together we have worked alongside other healthcare professionals to support this resident to improve her health, wellbeing and regain a community spirit. Her husband has been very respectful of the visiting conditions currently in place.

The staff enjoy hearing how new residents have settled. Especially after they have been a little dubious in joining us. Each member of our team strives to make new residents welcome. This has been very difficult recently due to new residents being isolated for 14 days. The staff have worked outstandingly to welcome new residents to Uvedale Hall. it is always good to hear that residents are enjoying the experience of living at Uvedale Hall.
