We are humbled by your feedback regarding your sister's care. As a team, we are always working on providing meaningful interactions with each and every one of our residents. We are sharing the schedule of activities and interactions with the resident's friends and family every month via email or letter, if you have not received yours please come to see me so we can update your details. We share the activity schedule daily with our residents and we have hobby buddies in place that provide 1 to 1 activities. Regarding the access is something that has not been brought to our attention before as we have the nursing call bell in place for evening and weekends that is replacing the main call bell. I would like to apologise for the condition of the driveway, this matter has been escalated and we will ensure that it will be improved. If you have any queries or concerns about anything else, please feel free to come and see me and I will be more than happy to discuss. Looking forward to meeting you!
