Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review.
We are doing our best to make changes throughout the home, to ensure that our residents receive the best care possible and feel at home when they’re staying with us. We will ensure these comments are passed onto the home manager.
We have recently employed a new activities co-ordinator so there will be changes to the activity schedule coming soon.
In terms of staffing, we take these comments very seriously and are looking into the matter for you.
We are operating at the required staffing level and if there are any issues found, we will look to rectify them immediately.

We were pleased and relieved when the home passed its recent inspection so well - the staff and management had all worked hard to show that it is, in fact, an excellent care home (which my family and I have always experienced). Management are very responsive to our concerns and requests - I really appreciate the open door management policy and friendly reception whenever I visit.
